Mr. Will, CEO/Owner willdahl44@hotmail.com  Will Dahl grew up on a dairy farm in rural Blair, Wisconsin. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Masters and Ph.D. in Agri-Business Marketing and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Will has been an accountant for a large manufacturing firm, a college professor, a marketing director and, most recently, CEO of a large marketing organization. Will has been involved in KELC's development since it opened in 1996. He joined Kids Express Learning Center, Inc. full-time in July, 2000 as the Chief Executive Officer. As Administrator/Owner, Will divides his time between managing the financial aspects of KELC and researching/designing new programs for the business. He turned a 150-year-old barn into two classrooms as one of his first 'full-time' projects as CEO of KELC. He directed the renovation of the Dahl family home in 2005. "The Dahlhouse" classrooms opened in August of that year and have served children from birth to three years of age. Will is forever finding new projects to keep KELC growing stronger as a quality early learning center for children. During August 2008, Will was able to get started on the construcion of a nearly 12,000 square foot addtion to The Dahlhouse. In less than a month, he had the middle floor open for business. Wind in the Willows and Over in the Meadows classrooms now serve many Madison area three year olds! The lower level gymnasium and third floor office suites will open in 2009. Will continues to promote development of the KELC Vineyard which provides a unique gardening experience for KELC.
Will is the father of four grown children, loves to play
and
listen to music, and is passionate about his 140 acre
farm
in central Wisconsin. In his spare time, Will serves as a
business advisor to son, Matthew Dahl's band, Pearl Snap
Saturday. Will and Sandy, co-owners of
KELC,
have been married for 41 years.
