Corgiville Fair Nursery Corgiville Fair Nursery (CFN) officially opened on August 21 with orientation for new families. Teachers (Miss Kristine, Miss Briana, and Miss Theresa) and our RN (Miss Susan) were on hand to welcome our newest "students" and to learn all they could about the children and their needs. Monday, August 25, is the first actual attendance day in CFN. CFN serves children from six weeks through age three or until openings are available in The Teddy Bears' Picnic, a classroom for 2.5-3 year old children. Babies and toddlers in CFN will be lovingly cared for but also offered developmentally appropriate activities to ensure their cognitive, emotional, and social needs. Materials and activities appropriate for each developmental level have been provided. Although tours of CFN must be conducted via pictures and "through the windows", families are invited to call and schedule a time to visit our campus and learn about what CFN offers. In order to protect our tiniest "KELCers" we do not conduct visits inside the nursery rooms. Large windows provide ample views of the beautiful new nursery. |
